- What is going in — and especially whether any of it is concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile, yard waste, mattresses, appliances or electronics, because weight and the Massachusetts disposal bans change the plan

We run roll-off containers out of our yard on Pleasant Street to every town below. Many orders go out same-day when availability allows; distance and route timing decide the rest. Street placement and Board of Health rules differ from town to town, and each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.

Can I book online?
Every job is confirmed with a phone call, because the questions that decide the price — material, weight, access, any placement rule — are faster to answer out loud. Email info@blackstonebinrentals.com if you need to send details or photos first and we will call you back.
What are your hours?
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Deliveries and pickups go into working windows — we do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs — and some towns set their own hours: Sharon and Plainville allow collection only from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Sharon outside business zones), and Seekonk allows dumpster emptying from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. in residential areas.
Can I send photos of the job?
Yes — email them to info@blackstonebinrentals.com with the address and we will call you back with a size and a quote. Photos of the drop spot help the driver too.
How do I pay?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, and payment arrangements are typically completed when the rental is scheduled, to secure your delivery date. Where an independent provider handles the rental, billing may be handled by that provider — we tell you on the call.
Do you serve my town?
If it is in Norton or the towns around it, very likely. The service area page lists all seventeen towns, each with its own page, including what each town says about street placement and dumpster permits. If yours is not there, call and ask.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call when the container is full or the job is done, and we schedule a prompt pickup. You do not need to be home, just keep the path clear. If you finish early, call and we will arrange an earlier pickup.
