Information we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, schedule a dumpster rental or communicate with our team, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the project location or service address, the details of your dumpster rental needs — whether that is a home cleanout, a remodeling project or construction debris removal anywhere in Norton and the surrounding towns — billing or payment-related information when applicable, and any other details you choose to give us. When you visit the website, some technical information may be collected automatically — your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages you visit and the time spent on them, and referral sources and usage data.

How we use it

To respond to quote requests and customer inquiries; to schedule and manage dumpster rental services and coordinate deliveries and pickups; to send service-related updates and notifications; to process payments when applicable; to improve website functionality and your experience; to keep internal business records; and, only if you choose to receive them, to share promotions or service updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing with service providers

Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide your rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider. When we do, we share the details that provider needs to respond to your request and handle the rental — your name, contact details, project location and rental details. The Terms and Conditions and the Disclaimer explain how those relationships work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights, property or safety.

Cookies and tracking

The site may use cookies and related technologies to remember your preferences, improve website functionality, analyze traffic and visitor behavior, measure advertising effectiveness and personalize content. This includes analytics tools such as Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some parts of the website may not work as intended without them.

Third-party services

We may use third-party tools and platforms for payment processing, website analytics such as Google Analytics, advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads, a website chat tool, and website hosting and communication. These services may collect or process information under their own privacy policies and terms, and we encourage you to read those policies to understand how your data may be handled.

Data security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or alteration, including secure servers, SSL encryption, password-protected systems and restricted access to customer information. No method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so while we work to maintain strong security practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may ask to access your personal information, to update or correct it, or to delete it; to opt out of marketing communications; and to ask how your information is collected or used. Contact us at info@blackstonebinrentals.com or (508) 952-9763 to make a request.
